NEWSLETTER

The chapter newsletter, Writers' Serenade, is published on a monthly basis and mailed to each member. Sister chapters may reprint these articles provided they credit the author and drop a line to the newsletter editor so she can notify the author that it's been picked up.

Members are welcome and encouraged to contribute to the newsletter, whether an article, regular column, booksigning information, or market news.

Submission guidelines: Articles should be under 700 words, but longer articles will be considered with advance notice. Submissions are preferred by e-mail in either RTF or Microsoft Word formats. Short pieces in the body of an e-mail message are accepted.

Deadline for newsletter submissions is the 14th of the month prior to publication. All submissions are used at the discretion of the Editor, who reserves the right to edit for style, content, and length.

Books published by RCRW members are announced each month in the newsletter. Authors should e-mail their release information, including title, publisher and line, month of release and pseudonym to the Newsletter Editor, Moira Blackflower, along with a copy to the webmistress so it may also be included on the website.
